At Luzlane Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

You have 7–14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it
  • It must be in the original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (if applicable)
  • Personal care items
  • Underwear or hygiene-sensitive products
  • Gift cards or downloadable products
  • Clearance or final sale items

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged upon arrival
  • Incorrect item sent

If you need an exchange, please contact us with details and photos (if applicable).

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was defective or incorrect
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item(s)

We will resolve the issue promptly.
